Getting here by Plane

Lutherstadt Wittenberg can best be reached from the airports Berlin and Leipzig-Halle. Car rentals and train stations are located in the airport area. You can find directions for your onward travel by car or train below.

Directions by Car

Take the A9 (Berlin-Nuremberg-Munich) and exit at Coswig. Turn right on B187 to Lutherstadt Wittenberg. When you reach the city keep driving straight ahead and follow the signs to the city center. You will go over a bridge. At the signal after the bridge right and the next signal turn left onto Berliner Straþe in the direction of Potsdam. At the second signal turn right onto Juristenstraþe. Take the next right onto Pfaffengasse and follow this to the end of the street. You will come to some posts and won’t be able to drive any further. You’ll find yourself behind the Alte Canzley. Our parking lot is to the right. Walk to our front doors which are to be found on Schlossplatz. Just follow Pfaffengasse in the direction of the church tower and turn right at the end of the road. Our building is on the right.

Directions by Train

Lutherstadt Wittenberg (located between Berlin and Leipzig) is easily reached by train. From Berlin central station it takes about 45 minutes with an ICE train to Wittenberg central station. We are about 2 km (about 1.2 miles) from the main train station. Taxis are available at the station as well as in front of our hotel.
